GYDTA cable is to insert 4-480 fiber ribbon into a HDPE tube made of a high modulus material, and the HDPE tube is filled with a waterproof compound. The center of the core is a metal reinforced core. For some cores, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is required to be extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The outer sheath inside are 2 steel strength member. The plastic coated aluminum/steel strip (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
Color:
The structure of GYDXTW optical cable is to sleeve 4-480core(12 cores with different colours in a flat pack) optical fiber ribbon into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The loose tube is covered with a layer of double-sided plastic coated steel tape (PSP) longitudinally, and water blocking material is added between the steel tape and the loose tube to ensure the compactness of the optical cable and the longitudinal water blocking. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides and extruded. The vinyl sheath is cabled. Features:
· Good mechanical properties and temperature characteristics.
· The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength.
· The tube is filled with special grease to protect the optical fiber critically.
· Good pressure resistance and flexibility.
· Double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) improves the moisture resistance of the optical cable.
· Two parallel steel wires ensure the tensile strength of the optical cable.
· Using 4-480 core optical fiber ribbon, flexible application.
· Small diameter, light weight, easy to lay.
· Long delivery length.
